Our Homes
All of our properties are homes, not cottages or
duplex homes. Our homes are spacious and comfortable
with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable.
Each home has central heat and air, cable T.V., local
phones, washer/dryer, complete kitchen (pots, pans,
dishes, and silverware), microwave, coffee pot, VCR/DVD,
BBQ grill, chest freezer, covered boat slip with
electricity, and much more. We supply bed & bath linens
and bedding. Just bring your clothes and groceries and
you are ready to go! Don’t forget your rod & reel!

 The Wasson Home – 3 bedroom, 2 bath trailer
w/fenced yard and screened porch. The trailer easily
sleeps 8 people; great for large parties. The huge
family room and screened porch allows you spacious
relaxation inside and out. You won’t be
disappointed!

 The Justin House – built in the
early 60’s, this quiet 2-bedroom/1
bath house was renovated in 2003
with beautiful hardwood flooring and
a light and bright interior. The
home has a huge fenced yard with
giant live oaks. Its large stone
fireplace is very beautiful and
relaxing. The sofa in the family
room folds out to sleep additional
guests. The sunroom is a great room
to relax and read on a cool day.

 The Jason House – is a cozy home with a little interior.
This 2-bedroom/1 bath home has a large backyard with
beautiful live oaks. The sofa folds out for extra sleep
space. The screened front porch is a relaxing way to
meet your neighbors while they are out on an evening
stroll.

 The Jasmine House – We built this house just
for you! This spacious 2-bedroom/2 bath home has the
appeal of “Old Florida” but was constructed in 2005.
The 10x24 front porch adds to its “turn of the
century” character. The interior is new, light &
bright, and will sleep 6. Well appointed and
beautifully decorated, this is a dream home!
100-year old Oak trees and a 1900’s allure, this
home is spectacular!

 The Jordan House – Large and spacious,
this recently renovated house is beautiful! With
2 bedroom/2 baths, it is dazzling. The extra
large family room with 37” T.V. is a great
gathering place. The screened porch is a
wonderful place to enjoy the morning’s first sip
of coffee.
